Welcome to John Hancock's Partnership training website.  As a leader in the long term care (LTC) insurance industry, we offer a number of online and classroom training programs that make it easy for you to complete the newly required training requirements set forth by the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 and the NAIC Producer Training Model.

This website will enable you to:

• register for online and classroom training classes

• learn how to get reimbursed for classes

• access Partnership resources

Partnership Resource Guide- Provides the latest information on Partnership legislation in each state, state training requirements, which states we have launched our Partnership products and available marketing materials.

Clearcert.com- Maintains a list of NAIC Partnership courses that have been validated as approved courses by John Hancock and provides information about state training requirements.  John Hancock is a member of Clear Cert.  

 IMPORTANT NOTICE:    All courses completed after January 1st must be approved by Clear Cert in order for John Hancock to accept it.  If you took a course prior to January 1st that is not approved by Clear Cert it is possible that it will still be accepted.  Please submit it to our licensing department to see if an exception can be made.  

Note: The original four Partnership states (California, Connecticut, Indiana, and New York) do not allow recprocity for training or asset protection purposes.  You will still need to take the NAIC Partnership training for states mentioned above.
